Description

Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom scoped applications, workflows, and ITSM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom scoped applications and workflows.
• Analyze business requirements to architect sustainable technical solutions.
• Configure ITSM modules including incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
• Execute system upgrades, clones, and manage update sets and transformations.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of ServiceNow platform experience in development and implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, and jQuery.
• Experience with ServiceNow core features: Flow Designer, ACLs, server-side APIs, and client-side APIs.
• Hands-on expertise with Service Catalog, SLM, Import Sets, and Dashboards.
• Technical knowledge of REST APIs, MID Server configuration, and CMDB.
• Experience with ITOM modules, including Event Management, Integrations, and Orchestration.
• Practical understanding of Discovery, Asset Management, and ATF.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Financial Services domain knowledge.
