Description

You will own ServiceNow platform development and HRSD implementations as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Implement HR Catalog items and integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems like Workday or SuccessFactors.
• Develop and configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Pages.
• Build complex workflows using Script Includes, Access Control Lists, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Manage solution migration to higher environments following ServiceNow development best practices.
• Execute web-based integrations using SOAP and REST protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• 8+ years of total IT experience.
• Proven experience with at least one HRSD implementation project.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and client/server scripting.
• Hands-on expertise with Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, and Access Control Lists.
• Direct experience implementing ITSM and CMDB modules.
• Deep understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management processes.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL V3 frameworks.
• Experience with SOAP and REST web-based integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
