Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to automate business processes and manage IT Service Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules for Incident, Change, Problem, and Agent Chat.
• Build integrations between internal and external systems using REST, JavaScript, and GlideAjax.
• Lead implementation efforts for CMDB, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Asset Management.
• Create custom applications by translating IT and business requirements into platform solutions.
• Support Hardware and Software Asset Management implementations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow in ITSM, Integrations, ITAM, or ITOM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideAjax.
• Experience with REST-based integrations (both OOB and custom).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro Certification.
• Any Graduate degree.
