Description

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow platform solutions for IT Service Management and business process automation. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain ServiceNow modules for Incidents, Changes, Problems, and Agent chat.
• Develop integrations with internal and external systems using OOB methods and custom REST implementations.
• Lead implementation efforts for CMDB, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Asset Management.
• Build custom applications by translating IT and business requirements into platform solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow in ITSM, Integrations, ITAM, or ITOM.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and GlideAjax.
• Experience with REST integrations and OOB implementations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro Certification.
• Hands-on experience supporting Hardware and Software Asset Management.
