Description

Manage and develop ServiceNow modules to support IT service delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ITSM modules, specifically Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Develop service catalogs, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and server scripts.
• Implement workflows using Flow Designer and manage update set deployments.
• Build email notifications and configure scheduled jobs within the platform.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver ITIL framework setups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Hands-on expertise with ITSM processes including Incident Management.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS.
• Solid understanding of the ITIL framework.
• Proven ability to write server-side and client-side scripts.
• Experience managing update sets for deployment.
