Description

You will develop and maintain enterprise software within the ServiceNow ITSM module.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build custom tables, notifications, widgets, and workflows.
• Migrate update sets to production environments.
• Support other teams in adopting tooling and development best practices.
• Test, profile, and tune code to ensure performance.
• Maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience focusing on the ITSM module.
• 10+ years of total IT industry experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and AngularJS.
• Experience with container technologies and observability platforms.
• Experience building products using high-performance algorithms.
• Experience with multi-level testing and code profiling.
• Any Graduate degree.
