Description

You will develop, implement, and administer ServiceNow solutions within an enterprise environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
• Integrate internal and external SaaS applications using RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, and GraphQL.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical implementations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage structured data, schemas, and database interactions.
• Maintain version control systems such as Git.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development, implementation, or administrative experience.
• 4+ years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions in enterprise settings.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, REST, and Jelly.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog and Flow Designer.
• Solid understanding of web application fundamentals including identity and security.
• Experience with structured data, schema, and databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Portal, App Engine Studio, or UI Builder.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist.
• ITIL v3/ITIL 4 certification.
