Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow Software Asset Management and ESM solutions, owning technical architecture decisions and guiding the SDLC process.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute technical solutions as a ServiceNow subject matter expert.
• Consult with business analysts and project managers to develop technical architectures.
• Participate in stakeholder workshops to communicate technical concepts in business terms.
• Provide technical expertise for system configuration, customization, and end-to-end SDLC.
• Coach team members and stay current with ServiceNow releases.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of developer or technical delivery experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Current ServiceNow certifications, including CSA and CIS ITSM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with SQL and .NET.
• Knowledge of OOTB ServiceNow ITSM, Asset Management, and ITIL processes.
• Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with LDAP, VPN, SSL, and integration or testing tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
