Description

Design, develop, and deploy Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVA) on the ServiceNow platform to enhance user interaction and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy ServiceNow Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVA) and chat bots.
• Customize and configure IVA solutions to address specific business requirements.
• Develop and implement user-friendly self-help cases for effective issue resolution.
• Automate service request workflows to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.
• Explore and integrate Generative AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Development.
• Proven experience in IVA (Chat Bot) development and deployment.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow Self Help Cases and Service Request Automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Administration or Development certification.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies related to ServiceNow.
