Description

You will design, configure, and implement RPA solutions within ServiceNow ITOM to automate IT operational tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate IT operational tasks including monitoring, incident resolution, and service requests.
• Integrate RPA workflows with ServiceNow modules and external systems.
• Collaborate with ITOM and cross-functional teams to identify and validate automation opportunities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain RPA bots to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Document automation processes, workflows, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in IT Operations Management and RPA development.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Management).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Ability to ensure compliance, scalability, and security of automation processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
