Description

You will implement and configure ServiceNow CSM capabilities to support customer service and TAM-related workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow CSM capabilities and TAM acceleration enhancements.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into ServiceNow configurations and enhancements.
• Improve workflows and enable operational processes for TAM.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-release validation for CSM/TAM changes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM.
• Experience in ServiceNow configuration and solution implementation.
• Proven track record delivering ServiceNow workflows and business process enhancements.
• Knowledge of TAM acceleration and enablement use cases.
• Understanding of ServiceNow development best practices.
• Any Graduate degree.
