Description

You will develop and customize ServiceNow experiences, focusing on the Service Portal, UI Builder, and Next Experience Framework. You translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and manage the release process.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize Service Portal widgets, components, and page layouts.
• Create UI experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder and the Next Experience Framework.
• Implement client-side UI logic, styling, and interaction patterns using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver changes through the release process.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with Service Portal development and customization.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow UI Builder for building modern experiences.
• Experience with the Next Experience Framework for cross-device consistency.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for client-side implementation.
• Ability to configure platform settings and develop applications within ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JBuilder for development tasks.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
