Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications across multiple modules.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and third-party integrations.
• Develop and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and other ServiceNow scripting components.
• Build workflow automation using Flow Designer.
• Implement modern UI/UX solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop or support AI-driven workflow automation and Agentic AI solutions.
• Work with ServiceNow Now Assist and other AI-enabled capabilities where applicable.
• Follow ServiceNow platform best practices and development standards.
• Contribute to enterprise-scale implementations in an Agile delivery environment.
