Description

You will develop and implement solutions within ServiceNow across GRC, IRM, TPRM, and SecOps modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Controls, Audits, Issues, and Remediation.
• Build and enhance workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
• Implement SecOps submodules, including Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Security Incident Response.
• Develop third-party risk workflows, assessments, scoring models, and vendor lifecycle management.
• Integrate GRC/IRM with CMDB, ITSM, and Security Operations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Expertise in GRC, IRM, TPRM, and SecOps modules.
• Strong ServiceNow configuration skills (forms, flows, scripts, business rules, UI actions).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Experience building complex workflows and automation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and understand requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating GRC/IRM with CMDB and ITSM.
• Knowledge of security incident response processes.
