Description

You will develop and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform to align IT services with business needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and UI principles.
• Manage data structures and exchange through SQL and XML.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the platform.
• Implement ITIL processes to align services with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for platform scripting.
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with SQL for data management.
• Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
