Description

You will design, build, and deploy ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITBM, GRC, and SecOps modules to drive service management transformation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow applications using out-of-the-box functionality.
• Build data integrations and automated orchestration workflows.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and design through prototyping and deployment.
• Create technical documentation, including solution designs and deployment guides.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align solutions with user scenarios.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with REST APIs and platform integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework (v3 or v4) with relevant certification.
• Experience working within Agile SCRUM methodologies.
• Skills in data analysis, data reconciliation, and accessing external data repositories.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
