Description

You will design, build, and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM, CMDB, and integration modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, primarily within ITSM and CMDB.
• Design and implement integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Manage CMDB data integrity and configuration item relationships.
• Write clean, maintainable code for client-side and server-side scripts.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Deep expertise in ITSM module configuration and customization.
• Strong proficiency in CMDB implementation and management.
• Proven experience building and maintaining integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
