Description

You will build and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform, owning customizations, workflows, and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop customizations using ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer components.
• Integrate systems using REST/SOAP APIs and the Integration Hub.
• Perform ITSM implementation or complex customization projects.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Experience in ITSM implementation or customization.
