Description

You will develop, administer, and integrate the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage integrations with third-party tools like Azure AD and Slack.
• Configure Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management components.
• Execute system upgrades, patching, and release management processes.
• Integrate ITSM tools using REST/SOAP Web Services and MID Server.
• Apply ITIL framework principles to IT Service Management processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
• Proven experience with REST/SOAP Web Services and MID Server integrations.
• Deep understanding of ITSM processes and the ITIL framework.
• Experience managing ServiceNow system upgrades and patching cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
