You will design, implement, and deliver ServiceNow solutions aligned with customer business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer technical requirements to define business needs.
• Propose and design technical solutions to address specific business problems.
• Implement chosen designs and deliver the final solution.
• Collaborate with customers throughout the entire solution lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of professional experience in software development or consulting.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, ITOM, and CSM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML for customization and development.
• Experience with Web services and XML integration.
• Knowledge of SSO, LDAP, VPN, SSL, and DAP configurations.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
