Description

Develop and manage enterprise-scale ServiceNow applications with a focus on reporting and performance analytics. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules.
• Develop complex reporting structures using Performance Analytics.
• Manage data analysis and visualization tasks within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with global teams using Agile methodologies to deliver application updates.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist – Performance Analytics (Mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics.
• Proficiency in Javascript and SQL.
• Experience with .net frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
