Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and IRM modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize ServiceNow applications using scripting, design patterns, and Service Portal widgets.
• Implement ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery integrations to support enterprise workflows.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize platform performance and ensure adherence to best practices for security and scalability.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven expertise in CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and IRM module configurations.
• Strong proficiency in Service Portal development, including widget creation and customization.
• Experience with ITSM and ITOM implementations, including CMDB and Discovery.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and design patterns.
• Ability to design and implement complex integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
