Description

You will design, develop, and maintain applications and integrations across the ServiceNow platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable applications and integrations within ServiceNow.
• Implement workflows in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD modules.
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to deliver technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues to ensure stability and performance.
• Write clean, efficient code following best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification required.
