Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow IRM features to support infrastructure reliability and service management use cases.
• Implement and maintain service mapping and related data models to ensure accurate service relationships and dependency visibility.
• Build and enhance workflows, integrations, and automation within the ServiceNow platform to support IRM processes.
• Troubleshoot issues in IRM-related applications, data flows, and integrations; implement fixes and preventive improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, and deliver changes through testing and release cycles.

Experience Required:

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM implementation.
• Good understanding of IRM data relationships and workflow behavior.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow platform changes through testing and release cycles.
• Good to have experience with Service Mapping and IRM discovery/service relationship data.
