Description

Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow functionalities across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and scoped applications with a focus on IRM.

Responsibilities

• Automate complex use cases using Flow Designer and ServiceNow Orchestrator.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, variables, and variable sets.
• Configure platform utilities including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience in ServiceNow implementation and customization.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and IRM modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and understanding the order of execution.
• Experience with Integration, CMDB, and Planned Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Import Sets and Transform maps.
• Ability to configure ACLs, Email Notifications, and Form Customizations.
• Experience managing Incident, Problem, and Change management applications.
