🔹 Experience: 6+ Years
🔧 Key Skills:
• Strong experience with the ServiceNow Platform development
• Expertise in modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM & SAM), HRSD, Service Portal, Employee Center, Integration Hub
• Hands-on with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, and Custom Widgets
• Experience with Flow Designer, Decision Builder, and Process Automation Designer
• Integration experience using MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, SSL
• Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM framework, Discovery, and Service Graph Connectors
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS

🎓 Certifications:
✔ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)
✔ ServiceNow CIS (Preferred)
✔ ITIL (Good to have)
