Description

You will develop and configure ServiceNow IRM and GRC modules to support security architecture and data models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure core applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and workflows.
• Design and implement technical configurations, tool setups, and deployments.
• Manage system integrations using web services and web-based technologies.
• Execute development work within an Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Support rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on administrative experience with ServiceNow GRC.
• Extensive scripting knowledge using JavaScript and Glide API.
• Proficiency in HTML, HTML5, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Experience with XML, AJAX, HTTP, and REST/SOAP.
• Mandatory CSA certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• CIS GRC certification.
