Description

You will configure and manage ServiceNow ITOM discovery and CMDB integrations. You own the infrastructure components, including servers, storage, and network devices.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and triage discovery probes, patterns, and credentials.
  • Set up and manage MID Servers for Discovery and CMDB integrations.
  • Manage IT infrastructure components including load balancers and firewalls.
  • Maintain accurate network topology and asset data using discovery protocols.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of professional experience with the ServiceNow Platform.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB.
  • Proficiency with discovery protocols: SNMP, SSH, WMI, PowerShell, HTTP/HTTPS, IPMI, REST API, and SOAP.
  • Strong understanding of network topology and protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting.
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator certification required.

Preferred Skills

  • CIS ITOM/Discovery certification.
  • Certified ServiceNow Developer or ITIL certification.
