You will develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and integrations.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for platform functionality.
• Debug technical issues and execute test cases to ensure software quality.
• Perform code reviews and quality control checks on all projects.
• Document code and application functionality for long-term maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and workflow configuration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations.
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOOM) processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong documentation skills for code and application logic.
• Ability to manage software quality through testing and debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field of study.
