Description

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions with an architecture-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement HRSD solutions and Employee Center Pro on the ServiceNow platform.
• Translate HR processes into technical solutions and collaborate with Business Analysts on technical stories.
• Configure back-end integrations using Integration Hub, SOAP, REST, Data Sources, and Transform maps.
• Develop client and server-side JavaScript and utilize ServiceNow APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and manage priorities within an Agile/DevOps environment.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of ServiceNow experience with 3+ years in technical architecture.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD module and Employee Center Pro.
• Proven implementation experience across two or more ServiceNow modules.
• Strong background in solution architecture, technical design, and UI design.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and APIs.
• Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and automated testing.
• Ability to work within Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint cycles.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HCM products such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD.
• Experience with ServiceNow UI development including Angular JS, Bootstrap 3, CSS, and HTML.
