Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Design and implement user interfaces.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues within the platform.
  • Apply ITIL framework principles to service management processes.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript.
  • Experience with HTML and XML.
  • Strong debugging skills.
  • Knowledge of User interface design.
  • Practical application of the ITIL Framework.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and patching.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs and integrations.
