You will design, develop, customize, and implement scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
Act as a technical consultant, leading requirement gathering and translating business needs into detailed technical specifications for ServiceNow solutions.
Design and implement complex ServiceNow architectures using Scoped Applications, Workflow/Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and GlideAjax.
Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
Monitor instance health, optimize query performance, and troubleshoot system logs to maintain platform stability.
Required Skills
5+ years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
Deep, hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform development, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HR modules.
Proficiency in the GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and ServiceNow scripting model.
Experience developing scoped applications and customizing the Service Portal.
Knowledge of integration technologies including REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
Familiarity with configuration of LDAP integration within the ServiceNow module.
Experience managing Update Sets and executing instance cloning across environments.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical designs.
