Description

Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform while acting as a technical consultant for requirement gathering and technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design complex ServiceNow architectures using Scoped Applications, Workflow/Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and GlideAjax.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
• Customize the Service Portal and manage Update Sets across environments.
• Monitor instance health, optimize query performance, and troubleshoot system logs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HR modules.
• Proficiency in the GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and ServiceNow scripting model.
• Experience developing scoped applications and customizing the Service Portal.
• Knowledge of integration technologies including REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
• Familiarity with LDAP integration configuration within ServiceNow.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical designs.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for interface customization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience executing instance cloning across environments.
