Description

You will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. You will act as a technical liaison, translating stakeholder needs into technical specifications. You will lead the implementation of complex workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements. You will develop and maintain scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI policies. You will provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to platform stability and security best practices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead implementation of complex workflows and platform integrations.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI policies.
• Ensure platform stability and security through code reviews and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (GlideRecord, GlideAjax, JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HR.
• Experience developing system web services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certification in relevant modules.
• Experience with complex system integrations.
