Description

You design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead the implementation of complex workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Develop and maintain scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI policies.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to platform stability and security best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HR.
• Experience with system web services.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Scripting and Javascript.
