Description

Design and implement ServiceNow GRC solutions, owning the development lifecycle from stakeholder requirements to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow GRC solutions, creating custom workflows, modules, and third-party risk assessment tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define risk and compliance requirements and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external GRC platforms.
• Develop audit trails and reports to demonstrate compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including implementation and enhancements.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Working knowledge of SOC 2, PCI DSS, and HIPAA standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow System Administrator, ITSM Implementation Specialist, or GRC/IRM Implementation Specialist certifications.
• ITIL v3 certification.
• Experience with other IT Service Management and Automation platforms.
