You will develop and maintain ServiceNow ITBM solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ITBM modules including Project, Demand, Resource, and Portfolio Management.
• Develop scripts and integrations to support ITBM functionality.
• Apply Agile methodologies and ITIL framework principles in daily development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITBM.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Project, Demand, Resource, and Portfolio Management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework.
• Any Graduate degree.
