Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the CMDB lifecycle and perform data quality audits.
• Enforce governance standards within ServiceNow.
• Work with ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Build and maintain service maps to identify dependencies between applications, servers, databases, and network components.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to support ITIL processes.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 9 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow and CMDB management.
• Expertise in ITOM, including Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Proficiency in Event Management and Configuration Management.
• Hands-on experience with CI relationship management.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with Problem Management.
• Exposure to Incident Management.

Education: Any Graduation
