Key Skills: ServiceNow, itsm, IT service Delivery

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications and modules.
• Work on Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog modules.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer flows.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Expertise in ITSM and related modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.

Good to Have:

• ServiceNow CSA or CIS-ITSM certification.
• Experience with IntegrationHub and CMDB.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
