Description

You will design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for ServiceNow development.
• Configure and customize ITSM and CSM modules including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and documented code adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, specifically ITSM and CSM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Experience with API integrations, specifically REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of database concepts (SQL).
• Ability to work independently and within a team structure.
