Description

You will build and maintain ServiceNow applications, focusing on Service Catalog and API integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Design and implement custom workflows, scripts, and automation.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep expertise with the ServiceNow Platform.
• Proven experience with REST API integration.
• Proven experience with SOAP API integration.
• Service Catalog configuration and maintenance.
• Workflow design and automation.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Participation in the full software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment).
