Description

You will serve as the technical lead for the ServiceNow ecosystem, overseeing architecture and complex development tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage ServiceNow architecture, including orchestration, CRM, integration services, and CMDB.
• Build and customize ServiceNow portals using widget development, theming, and UX/UI principles.
• Develop platform components using JavaScript, Angular JS, REST APIs, and workflows.
• Manage security through ACLs and maintain platform integrity via update sets.
• Mentor and train other developers through technical leadership and collaboration.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of expert-level ServiceNow development.
• 12+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience.
• 12+ years of ServiceNow portal development and customization.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript and Angular JS.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and workflow development.
• Experience building workspaces, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of CMDB, CRM, and integration services.
• Expertise in platform security and ACLs.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
