Description

You will own the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, specifically focusing on Virtual Agent and AI integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and script complex conversational flows using ServiceNow Virtual Agent.
• Integrate ServiceNow with AI tools and external services like Cisco Webex Messenger.
• Drive product features and own the end-to-end implementation of specific modules.
• Analyze complex business problems to develop and implement effective technical courses of action.
• Negotiate priorities and resolve technical conflicts among stakeholders and development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Glide Classes, GlideRecord, and GlideAjax.
• Hands-on experience with Script Includes, UI Macros, UI Pages, Jelly, and JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with ITSM and Employee Center modules.
• Practical application of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Custom Chat Configuration Integration Framework (CCCIF).
• Strong command of Ajax and JavaScript for client and server-side scripting.
• Ability to manage integrations involving ServiceNow SaaS and other external projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Portal to Employee Center migrations.
• Knowledge of Now Mobile and Virtual Agent Designer.
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
