You will develop and customize ServiceNow applications to support business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications using ServiceNow scripting and UI customization.
• Implement and manage CSM and ITSM modules.
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Asset Management workflows.
• Build automation using Flow Designer and App Engine Studio.
• Utilize UI Builder to enhance user interfaces.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Expertise in CSM and ITSM modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and application development.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Asset Management.
• Practical knowledge of App Engine Studio and Flow Designer.
• Proficiency in UI Builder.
• Strong command of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Java-based backend development.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
