Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on CSM and ITSM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions across CSM and ITSM modules.
• Configure and customize Case Management, Tasks, Life Cycle Events, and Activities.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio and UI Builder.
• Create and manage Service Catalogs, Order Guides, Record Producers, and advanced workflows.
• Support Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Release, Request, and Asset Management modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Extensive experience with CSM and ITSM modules.
• Proficiency in UI Builder and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Java-based backend development.
