Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow Vulnerability Response solutions, managing integrations, workflows, and automation for the VR lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module.
• Design workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations supporting the VR lifecycle.
• Integrate VR with external vulnerability scanners and CMDB to automate data import and correlation.
• Develop automation for vulnerability assignment, remediation tracking, and exception management.
• Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators to track vulnerability KPIs.

Required Skills

• 5–9 years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• 2+ years of experience implementing and managing the Vulnerability Response (VR) module.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM processes.
• Experience integrating with vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Prisma Cloud, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and Glide API.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience configuring MID Servers and data sources.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
