Description

Develop and maintain complex programs within the ServiceNow platform to solve business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and test major features and complex functionality under tight deadlines.
• Modernize legacy code and business logic to meet current customer requirements.
• Document technical specifications, design areas, test results, and implemented solutions.
• Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code for diverse data processing needs.
• Fix defects for new and existing software releases while ensuring adherence to coding best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software development.
• ServiceNow platform knowledge, including ITIL processes and integration components like REST and Import Sets.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow configuration items including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Experience with Global and Scoped applications, Update Sets, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Knowledge of XML and JSON object structures.
• ServiceNow administration fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServicePortal, custom widgets, AngularJS, or React.
• Knowledge of Integration Hub, OAuth 2.0, and Apigee API Gateway.
• Exposure to Informatica ETL projects for ERM platform integration.
