Description

You will design, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and configure Service Portal, Employee Center, and mobile applications.
• Build integrations with external corporate applications using REST API, web services, and MID servers.
• Prepare and produce software component releases and support continuous improvement through architectural review.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, Service Request Management, and Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Hands-on experience with Server and Client Scripts, UI Actions, workflows, and data imports.
• Proficiency in building custom and OOB widgets and responsive web applications.
• Experience with case management workflows and integration via REST API.
• Knowledge of AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and GenAI features.
• Experience in configuring ITBM modules, service catalogs, and service portals.
• Ability to develop middleware API calls and server-side scripting in Apache Jelly.
• Proven track record in HRSD, TSM, TSOM, or S2P module implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FSM, Retail Core, or S2P modules.
• Knowledge of GenAI and latest UX/UI features.
