Description

You will develop and configure ServiceNow solutions to automate business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
• Configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Build workflows, forms, and scripts to automate internal processes.
• Implement platform integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Execute manual and automated software testing to ensure quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Experience implementing REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Strong background in manual and automated software testing.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JIRA, TestRail, or TestSigma for test management and automation.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
