Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet organizational needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Configure the ServiceNow platform, including user roles, access controls, and permissions.
• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and monitor system performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Administrator.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and orchestration workflows.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Developer certification.
